GET MOVING

Physical activity is a key part of the PE4ME program.  The program shows students how physical activity plays an important part of a healthy lifestyle and proves that it doesn't need be tough to be beneficial.  Participants learn how physical activity helps build and maintain healthy bones, muscles, and joints and helps control weight, build lean muscle, and reduce fat.

Students also learn about the other benefits of regular activity, including the prevention of diabetes and high blood pressure along with providing a great way to deal with stress.
